Merbenit RV30 is a high-quality sealant produced especially for use in railway vehicle manufacturing. The SMP-based sealant provides a durable and reliable seal for railway vehicles.

Merbenit RV30 is a durable and flexible SMP-based sealant (also called MS Polymer or Hybrid Polymer). At the same time it resists moisture, UV radiation and fire at higher intensities.

Another key feature of Merbenit RV30 is that it extrudes excellently well and smooths easily, which enables easy and precise processing and optically appealing joints. Merbenit RV30 applies easily and creates an even and durable seal.

Merbenit RV30 is permanently elastic and compensates for vibrations that occur during railway vehicle manufacturing. 

Merbenit RV30 is free from silicone, solvents, isocyanates and phthalates. The sealant can be processed without any need for special safeguards.

Merbenit RV30 contains no halogenated flame retardants (fire smoke toxicity at hazard level 3) and is very low in emissions, meeting the EMICODE EC1Plus and Eurofins IAC Gold standards.  

The SMP sealant is compatible with all paints and does not cause any levelling problems.

In the case of renovations, the sealant can simply be repaired and renewed.

Merbenit RV55 is a high-quality elastic adhesive produced especially for use in railway vehicle manufacturing. It bonds materials quickly and reliably, ensuring safe and reliable travel.

Merbenit RV55 is made from a silane-modified polymer (or SMP for short but known as MS Polymer or MS Hybrid) with very strong adhesion on a wide range of substrates. Merbenit RV55 is durable and constantly compensates for vibrations and movement.

Merbenit RV55 can be processed by hand and has a long tooling time, which enables the bonding of large components or complex shapes.

The adhesive is compatible with all paints, contains no silicone and does not cause any levelling problems with paints applied later.
